Sales - Account Representatives/Account Managers

We are looking for hunters - true honest sales persons, who understand technology, have IT Staffing experience and are looking to serve the best to their relationships and make 6 figures/year. We believe in working with integrity as we support our customers IT and information Security needs.

This position involves prospecting and selling FootPath IT Solutions and Staffing services to Small to Medium companies mostly in New England Area in US.
Inside and Outside Sales of Products and Solutions.
Typically making 40 to 80 qualified calls per day, 2 in person meetings per week and at least 2 sales per month.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills. Excellent Phone Manners, Prospecting and Prospect Qualification Skills.
  • At least 2+ years IT Staffing Sales Experience
  • Relationship Person having experience closing sales with Top/Middle Management.
  • This position is based out of Waltham and requires the recruit to work from office. Local Candidates within 50 miles of Waltham only.

Solution Architect

The Footpath team engaged in IT Solutions Consulting, Enterprise Security Awareness Solutions, Desktop Security Solutions and design, development and implementation of large-scale high-performance e-business systems has a need for a highly skilled Solutions Architect.

This senior-level position will be responsible for the planning, design, deployment and post-implementation enhancement of hardware and business systems software solutions for enterprise-wide requirements and e-business units, This position will interact at the most senior-levels with client executives and technical staff.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following

  • Understand systems problems and propose solution designs and architectures that would, if implemented correctly, solve problems.
  • Responsible for project estimation, and proposals.
  • Develop project plans including resource and Gantt Charts.
  • Gather and write requirement specifications.
  • Design and develop and implement software applications using Java, J2EE, Oracle, SQL Server XML and WML.
  • Interact with internal/external clients, setting expectations and architecting solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor internal development staff and software engineers

 Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance

*(will accept a bachelors in business, commerce, finance or its equivalance plus 5 years of experience information technology).
